That money is not, the time, and sometimes there is neither one nor the other. But we do not think to lose heart! When it’s hot, we arrange the atmosphere of an exotic vacation right at home.
We put on summer outfits, turn on oriental music and cook such a stunning dessert soup with ice cream.
- 2 cans (400 g each) litchi in syrup
- 500 ml of coconut milk
- 1 lemon juice
- 100 ml dessert fruit wine from litchi, apricots, strawberries or plums
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 50 g raw almonds
- 5 boxes of cardamom
- sea salt on the tip of a knife
- 1 can (400 g) of condensed milk
Culphi – Indian frozen dessert, incredibly popular, however, in the rest of Asia. You can make it to any taste: for example, add peeled unsalted pistachios or hazelnuts instead of almonds. Very tasty it turns out kulfi from mashed fruits and berries: strawberries, raspberries, apricots.
Some of the fruit or berries cut into small pieces and add to Kulfi at the last stage of preparation.
