I’m surprised that this could happen, perhaps wine and nutmeg played a bad role in my cooking, be careful in playing this recipe. though the subsequent addition of milk / cream seemed to save the situation. but I still can not express my opinion, admiration about the final result, because the taste of an intermediate sample is too fresh in memory.
