I gladly responded to the offer to take part in a charity event for the wards of the fund for helping children with impaired immunity “Sunflower” and especially for this competition I prepared a delicious sandwich with baked pork and sauerkraut! I will tell you how to bake pork properly, it will be perfectly soft and juicy, sandwiches with such pork are amazingly tasty.
- pork (ham or neck) – 800 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- French mustard (with grains) – 3 tbsp. l
- salt – 1 tsp.
- ground pepper mix – to taste
- Sandwich bun – 1 pc.
- ketchup – to taste
- mustard sweet (Bavarian) – to taste
- 3-4 lettuce leaves
- sauerkraut – handful
- mayonnaise – to taste
Pork in this recipe can be used not only as a snack, but also as a main dish. Add a slice of such pork with a salad of fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables – and a great healthy lunch or dinner is ready!
For cooking pork, indicated in this recipe, I use a special baking sleeve. To be honest – this is my favorite culinary gadget. Meat, chicken, meatballs, vegetables, fish – everything in this package is incredibly tasty, juicy and non-nutritious.
