Soy, like other milk of plant origin, is recommended for people with lactose intolerance. Add vegetable milk to coffee or dessert, the taste of your favorite dish will not be worse.
To replace the seemingly indispensable product come to the rescue avocados, applesauce, bananas, flax seeds and even pumpkin. Creamy fruit puree will not only be able to replace the egg, but also add a new taste to the dishes.
