Eat often (7-8 times a day). The volume of one serving should not exceed 200 gr.

A sparing diet a week later and for the next 1.5 months after removal of the gallbladder suggests six meals a day in small portions. Dishes are boiled or steamed. Fruits and vegetables are thermally processed. The use of lean meat, poultry, fish, dairy and dairy products is allowed.
